How many of us know what triphala is?
An Ayurveda based remedy made from 3 fruits like Indian gooseberry, Bibhitaki and Haritaki is Triphala. It must be noted that Tri means three and phala means fruits. Normally, our overall health would get boosted by consuming triphala. Not many of us would know the fact that triphala intake would be superb for our eye health.

Point to be noted is that each of the 3 ingredients in the triphala have superb antioxidant properties in them.
