How will Shilajit consumption improve our health?

In the Asian mountains like Himalayas, Altai etc, there is a sticky tar-like substance that is formed over centuries due to decomposition of plant and microbial matter etc. This sticky substance is shilajit and it is rich in fulvic acid, humic acid, minerals etc. Bitter truth is that many of us would not know about the health benefits of consuming shilajit.
